Luiz Gustavo Alves de Lara
Coordinator of the PPGA – Organizational Studies Line
Graduated in Business Administration from the Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (2006), master’s (2015) and doctor (2019) in Business Administration from Universidade Positivo. Graduated in Psychology from UTP PR. He works in the Organizational Studies line, developing research on power relations, the role of discourse in relationships, psychological suffering in organizations, and barriers faced by minority groups in entering the labor market. His approach is critical and sociological, intersected by psychoanalysis.

 

Eduardo Andre Teixeira Ayrosa
Deputy Coordinator of the PPGA – Organizational Studies Line
PhD in Business Administration from London Business School (2001), master’s from COPPEAD – UFRJ (1990), and Civil Engineer from UFRJ (1986). He works in the Organizational Studies line, focusing on Consumption Studies, Marketing, Epistemology, and Research Methodology. His research investigates how consumption influences subjectivities and societies, exploring themes such as consumption identities and consumer resistance.

 

Alexandre dos Santos Cunha
Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy Line
Doctor in the Fundamentals of Legal Experience from UFRGS, master’s in Civil Law and bachelor’s in Law from UFPEL. With a postdoctoral degree in Interdisciplinary Latin American Studies from the Universidad de la República in Montevideo, Alexandre Cunha is dedicated to research in private law, access to justice, and border studies. He explores how innovation can be used to promote sustainable development in the legal sector, aligning with the Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy line.

 

Carline Rakowski Savariz
Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy Line
Graduated in Accounting from UNIJUÍ (2015), master’s (2017) and doctor in Accounting from FURB. She works in the area of Accounting with a focus on sustainability and sustainable financial management. Her research investigates how innovative business models and sustainable accounting practices can promote sustainable development, contributing to the Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy line.

 

Caroline Coradassi Almeida Santos
Organizational Studies Line
Doctor in Business Administration from UP, master’s from UNICENTRO, and MBA in Business Management from CESUMAR. She works in the Organizational Studies line, researching organizational behavior, organizational culture, and organizational learning, contributing to a critical understanding of the complexities of organizations and their interactions with society.

 

Danielle Denes dos Santos
Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy Line
Doctor in Business Administration from UP with a sandwich doctorate from TU DELFT, and postdoctoral degree in Technology Policy from Technion. With specializations in Business Marketing and Communication Advertising and Propaganda, Danielle researches technological transition, circular economy, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Her work explores how innovation and technological policies can be used to promote sustainability and competitiveness in organizations, aligning with the Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy line.

 

Fabio Vizeu Ferreira
Organizational Studies Line
Doctor in Business Administration from FGV. He works in the Organizational Studies line, with research focused on leadership, communication and discourse, strategic thinking development, and the history of Administration. His work contributes to building knowledge about power relations and organizational identity.

 

Graziela Perretto Rodrigues
Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy Line
Doctor and master’s in Business Administration from UFPR, MBA in Corporate Communication Management, and graduated in Social Communication – Advertising and Propaganda from UFPR. She works in Strategy, ESG, Innovation, and Sustainability. Her research explores how organizations can use innovation to develop sustainable business models and governance practices that promote sustainable development, contributing to the Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy line.

 

Luiz Pereira Pinheiro Junior
Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy Line
Doctor in Business Administration from EAESP/FGV and master’s from UFPR. His research in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Quantitative Methods contributes to the Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy line by investigating how emerging technologies can be applied to create value and competitive advantage, promoting innovation and sustainability in organizations.

 

Marcello Romani Dias
Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy Line
Doctor in Business Administration from EAESP/FGV, postdoctoral degree from Bentley University, and licensed in Philosophy from Mackenzie. He researches Corporate Strategy and Sustainability. His work is aligned with the Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy line by exploring how the internationalization of higher education and the analysis of gender and women’s violence in university environments can contribute to sustainable development and value creation in organizations.

 

Nei Ricardo de Souza
Collaborating Professor – Organizational Studies Line
Doctor in Philosophy from PUCPR, master’s in Sociology from UFPR, Psychologist, and Psychoanalyst. He works in the Organizational Studies line, researching the Philosophy of Psychoanalysis and Collective Health, exploring how social, cultural, and historical processes influence the organizational context and the relationships between organizations and society.

 

Rodrigo Assunção Rosa
Organizational Studies Line
Doctor in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP, master’s from UFPR. He works in the Organizational Studies line, researching neurodiversity, strategy, and organizational change, investigating how organizational practices and processes influence power dynamics and identity within organizations.
